Son of a %^&%^!! I don't know how to resize it. :(

Thanks for the advice. When I typed in his stats on MFP it said something like 3000 cals to gain weight. It seems like a lot, but it does make sense to just make a few calorie dense additions.

Yeah, there is a lot of buzz around these noodles. They are sometimes called the miracle noodles. Anyway, I can't remember her name, but someone posted a nice thread here about how to make these noodles even better. She talked about dry frying them and that was the secret to making them delicious. A quick search might…

I was taking as many as I wanted. That's how I got fat. If I had been counting them I think I would have said WHOA and put the cheeseburger down.

I am a mother of three, my youngest is 8 months old. So I am currently working on losing the last 20-30 pounds of baby weight I gained. My story in the shortest version possible, lol.... I have been overweight pretty much my whole life. After having my first child(gained 60 pounds), I topped out at around 240 pounds. I…

Maybe it is dependent on the cals in the type of tortilla you use?
-
Mmmm, I must try this!

Fresh spinach is pretty cheap and loaded with iron. I eat it with everything. I get a big bag of it at Kroger for less than two dollars. So good for you.

This! You never know when your day is coming.

Edited my post to reflect I was doing WW online. So I didn't have books and things and didn't attend meetings. Just did it myself from home, so that's why I said I was paying. :)

I am one of the ones that switched from WW to CC(MFP). Little background, I started doing WW about two and a half years ago. I loved it, saw great results and over the course of 11 months lost 98 pounds!! I found out that I was pregnant with our third child so I quit doing it. After having the baby I had about 50 pounds to…

This one I MUST try!! yum!!

Seems like a neat recipe. I prefer fresh coconut water/milk out of the coconut but good alternative. :)

SO well put!!! What a great way to look at it. I always hate having to stop at the gas station to fill up.

I tried these awhile back hoping they would be as good as the two ingredient cookies. I guess they aren't for me, because I hated them! Tasted like a banana omelet. Very eggy with a hint of banana. Just weird for me.

Wow, my core must be in horrible shape. I had never planked before so decided to give it a try. I could only hold it for 15 seconds. I did 3 reps of 15 sec and that was as long as I could hold it. :embarassed: I will keep working at it! Seems like a nice addition to my daily routine.

Less fattening/high cals....yes. Better for you?? No way!!
-
I would never be successful if I cut out cheese, bread, and sandwiches!! I eat all of those almost everyday(probably more than once for cheese). I didn't give up any one food just changed the amount of it I eat.

So it's not coffee you have a problem with but all the stuff people are putting in it?
-
There are 6 calories in my daily cup of coffee...I don't think that's going to break the bank on other nutrient rich foods...I could have like a cup of spinach for those 6 cals and I probably still will. I just don't see the point I guess. But like I said, I drink one black cup a day.

:noway: lol

Same here, to me this seems like saying if water is a part of your food intake it is taking the place of foods that actually provide your body with positive nutrients. Coffee isn't really a food, most people don't eat it(unless your into that kind of thing and enjoy a nice cup of coffee grounds), they drink it with their…

http://www.livestrong.com/article/557242-how-drinking-coffee-could-improve-your-health/ ^^ Doesn't seem like the same thing as soda pop to me, but meh...to each their own. ;)

black and strong!! One really strong cup a day and I am good.

Thanks! Well I think I have seen them at Kroger so I will have to try to find them and give them a try. I don't eat Tofu so I hope I can find the other type.

I agree with things that scream low-fat, no-fat, low this low that are usually worse for you in other ways, but to each their own. On a side note, speaking of Alfredo sauce. I make a....fo-fredo sauce??, lol, out of cauliflower...omg it's so delicious and way healthier than any other sauce your going to make or buy…

Full fat cottage cheese. It always takes care of any craving I have. Mmmm. Silly me, when I first started changing my eating habits I actually bought the abomination that is fat free cottage cheese. So glad I learned to back off that real quick. ;)

Ok, probably a really stupid question, but are these noodles the same ones that most Asian "fast food" restaurants or buffets use in their noodles(maybe it's called chow mein??) They have a weird brown/yellowish look and they are seasoned but they have a very strange consistency similar to what you all are describing. I…
