Thanks everyone! I’m definitely trying to just stay optimistic and stick to what I know eventually works. Lol

Thank you all for the encouragement and advice! I know breaks are important, I just tend to go hard with running. I actually love it and when I miss a day I get in my head and feel like my day is off and not as productive. I will say I’m not a new runner. I just took a year off when I had a baby. Prior to that I was…

Thank you all! I definitely plan to talk to my midwife about it, but I want to make sure I'm not just eating to be eating this time and gain a ton of weight. I'm trying to stay healthy and active! :)

I've actually stalled a bit. I wasn't being super strict with counting calories for awhile and focused more on whole plant based foods and now I'm back to counting and back to running a lot too. I'm only in week three of running so maybe the weight will start to melt off again, but as of now it's very very slow going and…

So if I stick to the 1500 a day should I still eat them all back? I run a lot, so I burn a lot of calories and some days I honestly can't eat them all back unless I force myself and I don't feel like I should do that. Yesterday for instance I ran 7 miles and burned around 700 calories. I didn't come close to eating them…

I changed that. I followed advice and changed it to 1 pound per week so I'm eating roughly 1500 calories a day now.

Yes, I'm trying to finish losing my last 40 pounds. I weigh 168 pounds. I have already lost 100 pounds but gained some back with my 4th pregnancy so I'm working at it again.

It's been 4.5 ish months since I ran. I was running for years prior to that. I usually have a month or so off when things get busy with my family once or so a year and I have never had trouble getting right back to it so I didn't think anything of it.

I'm almost 5'5", I weigh 167 pounds currently. Picture is pre baby #4 and I weighed around 145 pounds. My ultimate goal would be 120-125.

I am seeing that repeated often. I guess I was thinking too aggressively. I have changed it to 1 pound a week and it says to eat 1500 calories. That scares me a bit! lol

Thank you for the honesty. I know this, I'm not new to the game unfortunately and have calorie counted for years. I guess the discouragement came when I was sticking to it strictly for almost three weeks without any loss and actually gained a few ounces. I know I have to be consistent and stick to this. I'm definitely…

I weigh 167 pounds. My profile pic is of me pre baby #4 at 145 pounds.

I use a food scale and measuring cups, yes. I log things as I eat them. Thank you for the encouragement. :)

I have it set at 2 pounds per week, and I've been eating most if not all of my exercise calories back.
-
MFP calculator tells me 1200 calories. I've only been running for two weeks. I've calorie counted off and on for about 6 months.

Yay!! Thanks for all the great advice. Can I ask why Dandelion tea instead of coffee? Also where can I find that tea??

Wow, the response to my story is overwhelming and wonderful! You all are proving yet again what a supportive and encouraging community this is. Thank you so much and I am beyond happy that I could help motivate or inspire anyone else. Jennipooh, it was roughly 11 months that it took me to lose 95 pounds before I…

Thank you everyone for the kind words. And thanks for the tip, mjharman! I think I got them all fixed.

well shoot, the pics cut off because they are to big. Sorry about that.

If I did the C210K could I just start at week 10? Sort of like skipping the first 9 weeks since I just finished them with the C25K...
-
Thanks everyone! I know in my head I *should* eat them, I just start freaking myself out about "what if" this is why the weight loss is slowing. It's been about two or three weeks now I would say.

How do you check how long you ran each time? I feel like I had the same issue with wk5d1 two days ago. That first run felt like it took waaaay longer. I don't know how to check though.

Hi! I am coming up on 100 pounds lost, and if I can do it...anyone can! :)
-
Yes!!! I find this true for me too. I will be losing great, eating healthy...then it starts to slow or sort of teeter. I indulge a little and have some cheat food and BAM...losing again.

Just the best bbq chips EVER! That's all. ;)

Deli ham, mustard, and bbq chips(HAS to be Grippos), on white bread. De freaking licious!

Yeah, I'm not buying that either. I am one that doesn't sweat much and I drink more than a gallon of water a day most days. I'm definitely not dehydrated. I am another glistener. lol I get red and damp but never pour sweat.

HA!!! I already have three.
