Hershey makes sugar free chocolate syrup you can use in coffee, chocolate milk, in lo cal desserts etc... I LOVE chocolate and when i realized they made it I went out to get some immediately...BIG help! :)

I can some what relate to that too.... my boyfriend in the past had his appendix removed cause it exploded and then just recently had his gallbladder removed and the doctor said he has to eat better...so I buy and cook healthier and tried to get him to join me with this and he says he will eat healthier but not use a food…

The best time to weigh yourself is first thing in the morning... your weight fluctuates through the day and this is when it is the most correct. Try to stick to mornings every weigh in! Once a week is recommended or every 3-4 days .... either way give it a week reweigh and results should be true...

sometimes I add a 1/2 a cup of dried apricots to whatever I am eating... they are low in calorie and yummy cause they are slightly plum and lightly juicy!
