just be sure that the carbs you add are from whole grains and vegi's. do so slowly, only 10 - 15g per week. i did this for 3 weeks then went back to lower carb and broke a plateau. good luck, hang in!

I don't care if it was in anger. right now, say to yourself, I LOVE ME. please do not fast, you will throw your body into starvation mode, which will cause a weigh gain when you do eat something. a juice fast would be better, but just forgive yourself for whatever it is you are disappointed…
