Going back into the world of CarbS

So I've lost most my weight on a super low carb, calorie controled diet. Lately I've been stuck, and I'm thinking going back to the normal carb intake might help. Maybe my body just needs a change. Anyone ever go from low carbs to regular carb intake and still have success? Thanks in advance!

Don't be discouraged when you initially gain a few pounds. It's water weight.

I've put about 6lbs of water back on... just worried I'll keep gaining. Anyone else done this before?

Your body is naturally made to burn carbs for fuel, so if you use up what you take in through exercise or activity then you'll be good to go.

I went from eating under 20g to over 100g in the past. I did it slowly and added 20g a week until I hit 100g. I gained a bit of water weight but it all seemed to even itself out.

    Good luck :)

just be sure that the carbs you add are from whole grains and vegi's. do so slowly, only 10 - 15g per week. i did this for 3 weeks then went back to lower carb and broke a plateau. good luck, hang in!
