Eating dinner doesn't make you gain weight. It's what you eat & how big your meal is, which is why they breakfast is your most important meal, it's to get your body ready fir the day. Whereas at dinner you eat and then sleep you're not burning anything. Hope that made sense lol

I'm on Day 7 of 30 Day Shred & had a c section bub 7 weeks ago. My god was the first day hard! It's up to you really though, depends how hard & how quick you want to do it all I guess. Congratulations on the baby too !

Thanks for your comments those who were helpful. Haha BlueJean I knew someone would say that too... I've done my PT course, I just wanted to see what some people had done and what worked for them lol. Oh well.

If you're doing a mixture of strength and cardio you should be right :-) definitely make sure you're doing your weights! Muscle burns fat :-)

Lol I have thought of playing my music over the top but I'm not sure to whether my baby is liking watching me or the voice that's loud coming through the tv. He just lays in his swing and stares lol. Good luck to all the other girls who have just started! Day 1 is the hardest! It will be Day 4 for me today! :)
