It was her #1 weight loss tip not to drink cold water and eat at the same time. I've been drinking a pint of cold water to start my day for a few months and it appears to be working. I was just wondering if I should abstain from drinking and eating at the same time, then. Are there any studies on that?

I don't know about you ladies, but I set my goal weight artificially low to expedite the process. The program will not recommend less than 1200 calories a day.
