Thanks, I was just wondering, i keep seeing not to use the same muscle groups 2 days in a row but i don't get much exercise when i just walk/jog 3 days a weeks

i love it cause it helps me try to get my steps in and ive got it set to where i get up every 30 mins at work and walk around

Is 30 day shred done everyday? Do you do level 1 for 30 days and then go up to level 2 for 30 days???
