Daily Calorie Allowance?
I'm confused, mfp says to eat 1500 calories a day but i'm doing a weight loss competition and was told to eat my weight X 7 and when i do that it comes out to 1883. The first week on i started i lost 10.6 pounds, last week i gained .6 pounds and this week i haven't lost anything. Should I up my calories? Or just give it…

Having a hard time losing weight!!! HELP!!

Ok, I'm walking 4 miles a day about 3-4 days a week now, I'm wanting to do a 5k soon. I have a app that is a 8 week training but i'm worried since i'm still 260 pounds if it will kill me lol any advise please!

Elliptical workout questions
I currently do 30 mins on the elliptical and as soon as i get done, I walk for 20 more mins and do a little over a mile walking. I'm wanting to do more time on the elliptical would it be safe to add that 20 mins to the elliptical instead of walking?

FRUIT AND VEGGIES TRACKING
I done weight watchers a couple of years ago and most fruit and veggies were free points within reason, I'm trying to figure out if i should or shouldn't track the ones i know are free with weight watchers, cause they eat up about 250 calories a day for me , any suggestions?

Sodium Intake??
I haven't even thought about tracking sodium before, but anyways I added it to my tracker and so far I've already went over by 1600, and I haven't even had dinner yet!!!! How important is sodium intake on weight loss??
