30 day shred ???

I'm wondering if doing 30 day shred if I will still lose weight? I'm in a weight loss competition at work and I cant gain any weight lol but anyways I'm currently doing 5k training and elliptical everyday and I'm just wondering if I do that that my weight loss will slow down? Thanks

    calorie deficet defines weight loss...exercise is for fitness and health.

    30 Day Shred is great exercise and knocked 9 inches off me...3lbs lost during that time...would have been more if I had been weighing my food.

    I just started the 30DS (on top of cardio on treadmill daily). Hoping it helps get me in shape and slims me down in terms of inches and weight loss.
