Next Step??

I'm in the habit now of running/walking every other day and am starting to walk every other day that I'm not running. But now I'm trying to figure out what horrible habit to break. I love sundrop and for 20oz it has 290 calories and I usually drink 2-3 a day. I don't know if I should just stop period or cut back. I don't want to give up my sundrop because it's my coffee and I don't drink alcohol so sundrop is the only thing besides water I drink. Or should I focus on my eating next? Thanks for the help!

    You can do both. I started counting calories, and at the same time I cut back on my Pepsi/Mountain Dew consumption from 2-3 bottles a day to one 12-ounce can with dinner, then eventually switching to a can of diet to eliminate those calories altogether.

    I'm trying to do it slowly this time around, and form habits, that I can live with and not set myself up for failure.
