I fell off the wagon as well. I am starting again today because I know giving up and continuing this will only make me feel worse. At least we are not snacking EVERY night like we were... Let's just keep going! I am going to see how many nights in a row I can do of no snacking.

I am 4 wins, 2 loses.. the weekend was a challenge. I went out with some friends and gave in to late night snacks. But..it's better than every night of snacking!

So, tonight is my first night with this challenge. I ate my dinner and drank a big glass of water. I went upstairs for the rest of the night to avoid being tempted by the kitchen. I know this will be a hard habit to break but I really think this could make a difference in my weight loss. Here we go!

A fruit smoothie with yogurt in it can help with the sweet tooth. I usually do 4 ice cubes, 6oz yogurt, and frozen berries. It't filling too!

Im so happy I found you all to do this with. This morning I completed Day 1, Level 1 and I'm feeling good. I am also following a 1200 calorie diet to really see results after 30 days. I only have 5 lb weights and I was struggling with the arm workouts. I need to get 3lb to be able to do all of it. How is it going for you…

Hey everyone! I ordered 30 day shred a few days ago and can't wait to get started after reading the reviews. I am planning to stick to a 1200 calorie diet while doing the shred. Im happy to have found some people who are just starting it too!!
