I can go all day eating healthy and within my allotted calories and then night time hits... I end up eating a few hundred calories (200-300) over my daily amount which adds up over the week and stops me from losing any weight. Tonight will be Day 2 of no snacking at night. Last night was a little difficult, so I stayed in my room and avoided the kitchen until I can get stronger at this. My body is just so used to that nightly snack that it craves it.
