I'm 5'1 120ish pounds and I wear size 7/8 jeans in short of course!

I don't own a scale and I'm in college so I weigh myself every time I go home for break. (Thanksgiving, Christmas, spring break, etc). Obviously this isn't very often, but I don't need to know how much I way. I can tell if I'm looking and feeling better without needing a scale.

Definitely anything eating out. I'll go over a day's calories in one meal at your average restaurant.

My college's gym membership costs $54 per semester (so a little over $10 a month if you think of it like that) but I get access to 5 different facilities and all of the classes they offer. I don't take any supplements or anything extra.

Awesome job! you look great!

I'm 5'1" and my current weight is about 125. I'm thinking 115-120 would be a good place for me, but I'm not really sure yet! I'm also building muscle currently, and muscle weighs more than fat.

Hi there! I'm 5'1" and about a year ago I weighed 135, but now i'm down to 125ish (I don't have a scale at home, so i don't weigh very often). My goal is to keep at a 1/2 per week deficit until I'm happy with my size. I'm more focused on starting to build muscle and cardio endurance!

I'm curious about this too. Keep in mind that the sugar recommendation that MFP gives you is generally really low. I go over it just after breakfast many days.

Try making yourself drink one cup of water before you're allowed to have anything else. Want some tea? Have a cup of water and if you're still thirsty, go ahead and drink you tea.

Here is a link to their menu: http://www.bobevans.com/Menu/Default Also, there is a section of their website called "fit from the farm" which lists lower calorie meals

You can add me. Good luck with your weightloss. It seems like your goal is reasonable and you can look awesome at your wedding if you set your mind to it!

Unless you're eating a ton of fish, there's really no reason to worry about mercury.

You can take a look at mine. The holiday break hasn't been the best, and I skipped a couple days, but if you go back a little bit, that's pretty normal for me.

2 weeks is not a long time and you will likely not make it to your goal in 6 weeks. And that's okay! Weight loss is about the big picture. If you are eating at deficit, you will lose weight. It could be 5 pounds in one shot or it could be a half of a pound a week for a few weeks. How do you feel? That's what matters right…

I usually have dinner around 4:00 or 5:00 and then I'm good for the night. Sorry :[

I used to have a serious soda addiction. Like 3-4+ cans a day. Then one day a year or two again, I decided that it was really bad for me and I quit drinking it all together. I didn't put much thought into it, I just stopped. Then only thing I did to ease into it was before I quit for good, I would make myself drink a glass…

Hi! I'm a freshman in college and I've been using MFP for about 2 months (give or take) now and I'm already seeing results. Campus has lots of good food to offer, you just have to know what to pick!

Thanks for all of the tips guys! I can't use the old shoelace key trick because I need my ID too to get back in my building.

My boobies are too big to shove anything in my sports bra haha - thanks though!

Thanks for the replies! I never even thought of a special jacket - but it seems as though the pockets would be perfect for holding my keys, etc. without it bouncing all around like in a sweatshirt.
-
MFP will never have you eat below 1200 calories, so that's the reason for that.

I completed day 2 today and day 1 yesterday so I'm trying to work out what schedule will work for me. It's hard because I'm at college and I have a huge workload, but it's also easier because I'm at college and I have a beautiful campus to utilize for runs. Just starting out it has been easier than I expected, having not…
