2 eggs over hard with one slice of american cheese and a bunch of steamed broccoli! Who says you can't eat broccoli for breakfast?

Movie theatre popcorn with lots of butter! It used to be one of my favorite treats but now I can't even eat it without feeling nauseous later in the evening. Of course, I still eat it but it makes me sad that I can't enjoy it as much.

As long as you are eating enough calories, getting the proper nutrients, and feeling good, I don't think there's a problem. Don't be surprised if your weight loss starts to slow down, though.

When I first started working out I'd feel exhausted and have a headache after. It wasn't fun. 3 months later now I actually feel great after I work out. Still tired, but also refreshed, like my insides just had a bath.

See my comment above - 34D is not a very common size, believe it or not!

Unfortunately if there is fat in your breasts, it will start to go away as you lose fat elsewhere. But if you are losing all over, you should stay somewhat proportional so it's probably more obvious to you than anyone else. One tip I have to anyone with boob problems is to measure yourself! Most women are wearing the wrong…

Also, don't worry about going over on sugar unless you're eating a lot of processed sugar. Natural sugar is fine unless you have a medical condition.

I feel like we don't even notice when people are overweight. You have to be obese for anyone to consider you unhealthy. It makes me sad. People don't realize how simple it is to eat normal portions and not keep gaining weight.

Great job! I'm sure you feel great!

Embrace it! If I had the willpower to save calories for a late night ice cream, I totally would haha

I used to love to eat giant portions. I knew that I was full but I kept eating anyway and dealt with the consequences later. What worked for me was just trying to get under my calorie goal every day. I started out eating around 1520 calories. This was not easy. It definitely showed me that I needed to cut out calorie dense…

I think I'm at day 136ish. Feel free to add me!

What worked for me was a new perspective on what a meal is. It used to be a sandwich, a fruit, and a side with a drink for lunch or a meat, a large helping of starch, a small serving of vegetables, and a soda at dinner. Now I choose one thing, whether a sandwich or whatever and just eat that. Then if I'm still hungry I can…

I'm 5'1 and 121 pounds. I have MFP set to lose 1/2 pound per week, which put me at 1480 per day.

Special k red berries or a fiber one bar. I also like to eat plain oatmeal with raisins in it, but I'm in a dorm and that can be such a pain.

I avoid it when I can but I don't care if I eat it occasionally.

Don't do it! My parents smoked all my life and I hated every minute of it.

Lugging a very heavy suitcase across town from my boyfriend's apartment to my college dorm. Uphill. I go back to the gym tomorrow :]

I've heard very good things about the Panache sports bra. It's pricey but worth it if it gets the job done.

There are no known benefits to "cleanses"

Try couch to 5k! It's a running program designed for beginners. You can see the plan online or download an app for your phone (I've got a free one) that will tell you when to walk/run through your headphones.

Mine stayed the same, but I haven't lost much (that was never my goal). HOWEVER I would recommend, especially to those losing weight, that everyone remeasure themselves using this guide: http://www.reddit.com/r/ABraThatFits/comments/rh26h/is_getting_fitted_for_a_bra_as_humiliating_as_it/c469bi0 Something like 80% of women…

Instead of just eggs, try some green pepper, onion, and cut up pieces of ham, sautee in a pan and make an omelette. Add cheese if you desire.

I've actually gained since I found me "real" bra size after I started losing weight
