WHAT WAS YOUR WORKOUT TODAY ?

I want this to be where everyone says what their workout was today and for how many minutes/hours , that would really motivate us all, especially newcomers.
I worked out today for 60 minutes ; running and walking. :D

    did a 20 minute aerobics dvd workout (high impact) and my 500 daily sit-ups,plus a little walk!

    Yesterday I did strength training, elliptical and went for a hike. Today was rest but I did get in a 30 minute walk around the neighborhood, just too nice out to not do something outside! :)

    Today is my much needed rest day. Usually I do a very gentle yoga class on Sundays but my boy is sick so we stayed home.
  • Today is a Cathe Friedrich day. I did 50 minutes of Muscle Max and 45 minutes of CrossFire. Tomorrow, the plan is Muscle Max and The this is TaeBo DVDs.

    Fruit Ninja is alot of fun!!!! And great for an arms workout. Its 800 points on xbox arcade.

    30 minutes of slim in 6 and a 40 minutes walk.
  • Xtrain fit- Cardio. 1st day of the 12 week programme, best workout of my life.
    burned 451 cals in 52 mins and thats alot for me as im 116lbs :)

    40 minutes weights, shoulders, tri's abs. 30 minutes tire flips for 200 reps. Fruit Ninja 20 minutes.
