Going home - Cleanse before or after?

I am going home to visit family for 5 days. I tend to drink a lot more with my brothers and eat way worse. I am thinking about doing a cleanse. So do I do it before so my body is nice and clean before I go? Or after to do it all at once and get those toxins out?

I'd also take advice on a cleanse. I found a 3-day cleanse on skinnyms.com that I like, but I haven't done too much research.

    Definitely before, you'll want to be able to absorb all the alcohol better. Seriously, there's nothing your body needs help with cleansing except a daily shower.
