Drink a ****load of Jim Beam. Go out and drag her *kitten* around the front yard by her hair. Then call her a slut and punch her a few times. Then when the cops come say "that ***** started it". And then pass out. Just saying that's how we handle family bidness in Texas.

No quick fix. I've lost 25 in 2 months. Sensibly. Set a modest goal for calorie consumption. Log your food. Do some type of exercise daily or nearly everyday. You will drop weight. 10 lbs before summer is easily achievable. Good luck.

Hell yes. brown rice. and vegetable and chicken stir fry are really easy meals that are nearyl fool proof.

sunflower seeds. and a bottle of water with mio in it. if I feel the need to have sweets I go to a store before hand. the boxes of candy are usually smaller and less calories. for what its worth.

Whenever i stagnate i look at the smaller victories i have made- not just the numbers on a scale. Do I feel better now than I did when I started? Did I get any exercise today? Did I over eat today? How is my blood pressure today? Stuff like that. It will keep me motivated. I know this marathon will last the rest of my life…

I agree. your body is defending itself by retaining calorie dense fat. most likely at the expense of muscle.
