:smile: Anybody out there a Team Tri-now member? Or familiar with them? Not sure if they are just local to Dallas or not. They have some training programs I'm interested in but want to do a little research first. Thanks.:smile:

Anyone know Team Tri-Now?
Anyone in the Dallas area familiar with Team Tri-now? I'm interested in their open water swimming program. Sounds pretty good but just want to make sure because I'll have to drive a fair bit to get there. Any info from MFP would be appreciated. Thanks.

Calories burned
Trying to figure out if I'm burning as many calories as Mfp says I am. It says I burned 1150 calories swimming 75 minutes today. But, I don't feel as if I burned that much. Anybody got any opinions or suggestions?
