  • Autosleep is the best app I’ve tried!
  • I would like to be to join! I loved the challenges I use to participate in on this site.
  • For your question about how long it will last mine still works after owning it for 5 years, roughly 3 years of constant use. I'm very sad to see it discontinued, it worked for me, and I always go back to it when I see myself start gaining.
  • I've been wearing mine religiously for 3 years, minus the summers. The indent will go away within a week, and this is after wearing for 9 months straight (only taking it off for swimming and showers)!
  • As someone else posted "I walked". Walking started all of this for me. First there were at home walking DVDs (Leslie Sansone) and then I started walking outside. After that I discovered workouts like 30 Day Shred, Zumba, and Hip Hop Abs. Now 2 1/2 years into my weight loss/fitness journey I have joined a gym, I go almost…
  • My settings are set to secondary and I count both depending on the circumstances. Walking I count if it's intended exercise or if I have been walking around the mall for hours. The mall walking I usually only count 1/4 of the time at the 2mph pace. Cleaning I only count if its heavy cleaning that takes more than an hour…
  • Count me in! I could use a challenge right now.

  • NSV- All my skirts from last summer actually fall off of me and I have to take them all in. I also had to buy new workout capris for the same reason. CW 170 GW: 165 (I've been at 170 for awhile now so I'll be happy with any weight loss at this point) 4/1 4/8 4/15 4/22 4/30
  • This is my schedule, it’s ambitious... I’m not currently working so I have the time. I’m hoping to make good habits that will be drilled into me when I get another job. My daily walk is at 4mph, I get my heart rate up and it’s good lower impact cardio. More importantly for me its relaxing and therapeutic. Monday-30DS, 2…
  • My name's Amber, I'm 23, and I'm from Minnesota. This is not my first time doing 30 day shred but I always got bored with it, this time I plan on mixing it up a bit more. I've lost 55 pounds over the last year. I have more to lose but I'm trying not to focus on the weight itself anymore. Instead I'm trying to focus on…
  • My anxiety is at its best after I workout and stays that way for a few hours. My overall anxiety has lessened since I lost weight and started exercising regularly. I don't think exercise alone will get rid of anxiety issues but in my case it really seems to help. Just make sure you and your doctor are on the same page.
  • Not everyday chores like the dishes or laundry. I do count more extensive projects that involve moving furniture or when I clean out and rearrange my closet. If I work up a sweat I count it, but I usually cut the time in half, better safe than sorry.
  • I have a Garmin FR60, and for me it depends on the type of workout. If I'm outdoors walking or running with the footpod I start it when I start and I push stop immediately when I finish, because I want the distance and pace to be accurate since that is how I push myself. If I'm indoors working out with dvd's I push stop at…
  • Congrats to you guys who lost 2 or more pounds this week, that is really awesome. Last week 169.3 this week 168.9 Down .4 pounds I'm not super happy about that but at least it didn't go up, and part of me is just really happy to be back in the 160"s. • I'm a little late to this challenge, but I just got permission from my doctor to start exercising lightly post surgery. I've done this challenge in the past and it really helps me stay accountable. My goal is to walk 40 miles for the rest of the month.
