Hi I'm Zina and just got the news that I'm pregnant with #4!! I wasn't done losing the amount of weight I wanted but I don't want to gain everything back so I need the support to continue logging and exercising daily. Since I'm still considered obese my max gain is 20lbs for pregnancy...oh and I'm about 4wks :-)

Hi I'm Zina, 34yr old SAHM...I started my journey back in 2012 weighing in at 205lbs after my 3rd child was born...I've tried a lot of things but I've finally figured things out! Now I'm down to 183lbs...its been slow and steady but I'm not stopping now! My goal weight is around 145lbs.

My motivations: Keeping up with my very active kids, shopping in the smaller clothes section, the beach, a bathing suit, being a hot wife for my amazing husband, being healthier inside and out and hopefully living longer, the thought that I once thought this was never going to be possible!

I bought Pro-Form Sculpt kettle bell workout kit from Walmart...it came with an 8lb kettle bell, 2 DVDs, a bottle for shakes and a sample protein shake mix. I LOVE IT!
