      Ahhh, I started at a very similar point (250) and am right in the middle of running 5ks and moving onto 10ks, too. Seeing your progress is seriously inspiring. You have so much to be proud of, you look amazing!! :happy:

      you look great. I took almost 3 yrs to lose 120lbs before I found MFP. I think losing slowly teaches us how to live the change. I personally Iam glad I had time to get used to it along the way. I think both of us are more apt to keep it off. Again, you look great!!
