I eat it in refrigerator oatmeal... blends easier than peanut butter.

You look great!

Roasted! Mmmm. With Ole Bay (sez this MD gal). :)

It would depend on how much and the terms... I don't want another monthly fee. Cheap annual fee, maybe.

Sorta OT... My hubby and I decided whoever left had to take the kids... and that's kept us together for 25 years. Problem is, both kids, over the age of 21, still live at home. So does this 'rule' still apply?

The accountability factor for what went into my mouth.

You look fantastic! What a change! :)

Congrats! Good lookin' kids you have there. :)

Walk walk walk walk. Was my primary exercise for a long time. Into toning now. :)

You look great, and I just love what you wrote! Had to do a doubletake on the name... my young adult daughter is an Elizabeth that we call Beth... but when I've lost her in a store for some reason I always yell WIZ!

My main form of exercise, and since I got my Fitbit I'm held very accountable. My work is starting a Wellness thing next week for "steps", even handing out pedometers. *pats Fitbit*

I haven't mentioned to anyone I track on this site, instead I tell them I'm trying to eat healthier and have cut back on processed sugars / carbs. At that point they just look at me rather oddly. :)

Sheeshomonga I'd like to see what internet site gave that doctor a diploma!

Once upon a time I was doing a Christian weight loss plan at my church, and instead of calling it a "die-et", the food plan (using Weight Watchers principles basically) was called a "Live-it" plan. Because basically you're doing it for life, right? It's a matter of attempting to permanently change your eating habits. While…

That's great! :)

I love it when people get me to click because of their subject lines! :) I have to agree... because of a fitbit, more accurate scale for measure and other sundry kitchen gadgets.

Not that I would've believed their claims without the swiped pics, but this makes the company's claims even more dubious! Thanks for sharing the link!

I heard this again today from someone I haven't seen in a while. Ironic bit is she's lost a bit of weight, too. I didn't bother saying the same to her! ;)

I just smile when people say that these days. I don't have to justify it to myself, why should I have to explain anything to anyone else?

Go, you! It's always nice when you can put your weight loss into something tangible (unlike an elephant penis <G>). I was carrying *4* gallons of milk from the car to the house the other day (two per bag, holding a bag in each hand), felt very weighed down and was wondering how many extra pounds I was carrying. (And the…

Always. And lately I'm addicted to oatmeal. Refrigerator oatmeal mornings I work, hot oatmeal when I'm off.

YAY for the new trainer and good advice! It's scary to me that there's someone out there convincing people 700 calories is enough.

Yummy ideas. I'm addicted to the apple cinnamon version posted @ http://www.theyummylife.com/recipes/221/Apple+Cinnamon+Refrigerator+Oatmeal On the days I have to get up super early it's nice to be able to pull something out of the fridge!

You look GREAT!

I was wearing a size 14 pants that were getting tight when I started tracking my food last fall. I wanted to get a handle on my snacking more than anything else, but I honestly wasn't sure if I was willing to commit, I was doing this on a whim initially. So flash forward from November to early spring, pounds lost and one…

I've never seen grapes like that (in MD).
-
You look FANTASTIC!
-
I probably could stop tracking since I eat the same stuff most of the time, but I'm addicted to logging my food.

Hubby agrees with the assessment. LOL

Glad to read there are people that hate cauliflower. I've become an addict, nothing fancy, steamed or raw I eat it daily lately. I, for one, will be contributing to its extinction!
