Baked chips are much better calorie wise.. although they don't taste as well. Original Lays are good baked. My favorite by far are Doritos! If I have a broken chip, I always get other broken pieces and make a whole one with pieces... lol

I'm on the 1200 calorie a day also, It gets easier when you get a routine down. For a quick hunger fix, the more you exercise, the more calories you can eat...lol....

Of course you should add it!... I add every lillte bit of exercise I do. If I clean the house for 30 minutes, I add it.
