  • At a minimum you could do a few dumbbells (or select-a-weights) and couple that with a few bands. The bands can be used very creatively to lean out and tone. I would also consider investing in a weight bench. Add a few medicine balls, Bosu or Stability Ball and your well on your way! Take this and the advice from Lenora428…
