also for "free" snacks I like manadrine 50 cals each or cucumbers/ celery with 1 tbsp hummus. (depending on the brand) approx 80 cals for 1 cup of the veggies and hummus combined or a veggie smoothie 1 banana a handful of spinach 1tbs cinnnamn and 1 tbs cocoa powder and soy/almond milk approx 160-200 cal

I am about the same and I have mine set to 1.5 lbs a week but my goal is 175... my calorie goal is 1650 per week. I would say set your goal for 1 lbs a week so that you don't starve and start to binge when you are too hungry.
