My hair and skin looks better. I'm stronger and healthier, my blood pressure is good, my heart is stronger, I feel younger. I feel great.

I added it to my exercise but I'm not real sure on the calorie burn. I read somewhere that 20 calories a minute is about right, but I log it as less since I don't want to overestimate. I'm eager to know what others have to say as well.

I'm 5'5" 147 pounds down from 153. I've upped my calories to 1500 (from 1200 - I wasn't losing) and eat back my calories. I'm losing a pound a week now.

I'm 56 and my four kids are 31, 29, 27 and ....... 14. So, yeah, same boat here.

I quit smoking 3 1/2 weeks ago. It's without a doubt the hardest thing I've ever done. However, quitting now while I'm logging calories has kept me from turning to food. I watch my calories and exercise to make sure I'm not going to food to compensate for not smoking. So far it's working for me, I'm still losing.

Raised my calories to 1500 after having been stuck for a month. I immediately lost a pound - no gain, just loss.

You can "rent" free exercise DVDs at the library, find them on Hulu, Netflux instant and youtube. There are lots of free otions for exercise.

I suggest you eat back your exercise calories and maybe even raise your calorie intake. It worked for me!

That old "diet" has been around for at least 30 years. Didn't work then, no reason to think it'll work now.
