I lost 4.4 pounds...woo hoo! I drank at least 8 glasses a day and completed my 350 min.of exercise. I love this challenge...im so motivated!!!

Im ready...weighed in Friday at 192. Cant wait to see the results. Got me an exercise ticker set for 350 minutes.

I LOVE the fiber one chocolate and oatmeal bar. Keeps me full and has 35% of daily fiber.

I want to quit also. My husband is a big time smoker. Ive quit before when pregnant and after my kids were born but I start right back up. I smoke now more than ever. Add me and we can help each other.

I weighed in Friday at 197. I just got a new Biggest Loser dvd. I plan on doing that one,walking at home dvd,step aerobics,and the shred. Im going to alternate dvds each day and see what that does. I have already got in two glasses of water. I will measure tonight and post. I also added a ticker to keep up with my 350…

So glad you asked...lol. I made a quick throw together dish last night. One can black beans,one can rotel,minced garlic...put all in a pot and simmer...its spicy but taste so good. I take half a cup and put it over baked tositos scoops and then put two tablespoons of the tostitos cheese queso just to give it a cheese…

Thanks for the excessive hair and the acne...im NOT a man and no longer a teenager. Thanks for times of worrying if I can lose weight and if I will ever be able to maintain if I can reach my goal.

My mom and sister both have diabetes,high blood pressure,cholestrol,and pcos and I dont want to end up that way. I already have the pcos and I knew if I didnt do something I would have the rest.i also wanted more energy and wanted to teach my kids to be healthy and of course look good.

I prefer to work out before breakfast because im not a bteakfast person...but I notice after I work out I get hungry so it actually helps me eat breakfast.
