Dollar Tree has name brand Natures Own wheat and other name brand wheat bread for $1 a loaf. Not out of date either. I buy several and freeze them.

Okay, im a day late posting. I dont have my totals for the whole six weeks...however I do have mu total weight lose for the six weeks...10.4 pounds gone, I cant believe it! Congrats to everyone..yall rocked it!!

I love veggies now and I eat a lot of them. They just dont add up quick. Like you said if I eat other things that I dont feel that are healthy. I feel like im just doing the same old bad eating as before when I was gaining weight. Hope that makes sense.

Week 5 I lost 3.6 pound...woo hoo!...i burned 3,123 calories...i need to update my ticker more often and log my exercise...lol. I got in all my water and then some everyday. I usually eat two pcs of light wheat toast with low fat blue cheese spread. But this morning I was making hubby lunch so I made me a turkey sandwich with lettuce and tomato on the light wheat...thought I would change it up this morning.

I have a weight watchers scale...i dont do ww anymore,i did like over 3 yrs ago but I love this scale. It cost $40...you can save info in it.

Try Kelp Noodles...made from seaweed...they have no flavor alone,they take on the flavor of whatever dish...6 calories for 2oz.

Black Bean Salad (my version) 2 cups salad mix 3/4 cup black beans 1/4 cup homemade pico 7 baked tostitos scoops crumbled for some crunch 2 tbsp picante salsa 2 tbsp fat free sour cream 2 tbsp hard romano cheese Only 254 calories and huge and really fills you up...im stuffed.

Last week was rough...i didnt meet my 350 min of exercise. I did somehow manage to lose another .2 making my total loss in these four weeks 6 pounds...dont think thats to bad. I did get all my water and then some. I picked up some new workout dvds and im really ready to push these last two weeks.

Tofu..blah!! Never tried greek yogurt. I love tomatoes,bell peppers,onions,broccoli and cauliflower. I LOVE beans...i could live off beans.

I find that Fiber one bars the chocolate and oatmeal ones work wonders. Only 140 cal and 4 g fat and they keep you full. You can eat one slowly or just half then the other half later.

Ive lost a total of 5.6 pounds in the three weeks. Didnt do so great over the weekend but this challenge is keeping me motivated! Only 4 more pounds to reach 20 pounds lost...still have a ton more to go. Two glasses of water so far this morning. Doing some house work then time to burn off this past weekend!

So far in the two weeks ive lost 2.8 pounds.yay!! Dont know about inches I never measured. I didnt get all my 350 minutes this past week but did get all my water. Ready to start this week strong with my new hrm!
