I just read a post about splenda and artifical sweetners. All of the 64 oz or more of water I drink a day is with crystal light. Is this just as bad for me? I hate plain water!

I pick a dvd I want to do and log the exercise before I do it...then I tell myself well u just logged it now u have to do. It actually motivates me...i usually do it within a few minutes of logging it.

I am confused...some people say not to try to tone until you lose all the fat and others say to...i thought you were suppose to tone while you lose weight. Why would they say not to weight train?
