  • Thankyou all for the warm welcome :) Will add those that offeredbut not sure what that means yet! The program I'm following is called P90X, it's straight from the USA. Suits me better than gym mebership/driving to gym/other peoples sweat etc. Minimal equipment is required - dumbbells, chinup bar.
