Maybe you could get her to join in with you? Maybe take an exercise class together or go for walks in the evenings something like that. She is jelous and probably annoyed that you're losing the weight and shes stuck. I know I get jelous very easily when friends lose a bit of weight, and I know some friends are the same…

Im a final year occupational therapy student, from Ireland, but I'll be moving to America in the next two years to work!!! scarey stuff!! I get what you mean about college being tough for weight loss, I'm constantly exhausted so exercise is minimal for me!!

start of october, getting weighed at the doctors and having a BMI of 24.5, not over weight, but too much for me, it was just what i needed to get my *kitten* in gear and get back to my normal weight of whta i was before i started university!

Im nealy at my goal, but whoever said that quote, hasnt had a good old irish tayto cheese and onion crisp sandwich. I know thats a quote often used by people with EDs on various pro ana/mia websites. have to say i wouldnt agree with it!!

I think you look fantastic, your naturaly toned, a perfect weight for your height, and im 2 inches shorter than you and weight the same! Like anything, dieting and exercising can be addictive, so just be careful, but i completely understand what you mean about people saying your too skinny, your not eating right etc etc,…

Run up and down the stairs a few times clean your room or hoover!! Thats what I do if Iv'e went over and its to late to go out a walk!! or you could just go 80 cals less tomorrow maybe to make u feel less guilty, also a bit of going over your cals is good every once in a while, shakes your body up a bit!!

Ive been seriously watching what i eat and exercising for 2 weeks (was doing it half heartedly for 2 weeks before) and im begining to notice a bit of a change in my body now, ive lost just over half a stone, but the thing i notice most is that i have so much more energy!!!
