I've done like a sweet egg pancake type deal before. Mash 1/2- a full banana with 2 eggs and cinnamon. Cook it in an omelet sized pan for maybe ~3 min per size. Then top it with some nut butter! Also extra eggy zucchini fritters are really good.

mm Sloppy Joes. Good idea.

No one ever just brings salad to passover, and I've never understood why!!

I'm actually just about to embark on a 30 day paleo journey to try to set my hormones straight. I figure it wont hurt me to give it a shot. Who knows, maybe it will kick butt.

That's kinda what I'm trying to do. I'm more focusing on strength training now to see how it will change me. I think high stress is not helping my situation though!

It's pure chemicals. I get the draw to it, but honestly, if I'm going through all this effort to make myself a healthier person, why would I want to dump a can of chemicals back into my body? But as with anything unhealthy - moderation is key!

Yeah! I'm 5'6' looking to go from about 145 to 135

Sarauk2sf - I can't stop staring at your pic. Muscly goodness is mesmerizing. Also - you all are the best! I am mostly a vegetarian (flexitarian some would say?? Although I feel like that's totally a hipster word...), but I figure we all need some good snacking ideas.

Find a buddy to train with! It makes the runs so much more fun! Also, think about when you want to start fueling. I find anything above 10 miles is tough to do without a bit of fuel. Be ready to have good runs and bad runs when you're training too. Some days you feel like a million $, but some runs are torture the whole…

Ignore him and have a blast!! Races are the best way to challenge yourself, because everyone around you motivates you and challenges you. He doesn't know what he's talking about.

I would say pick out a few of the workouts to try out while you are still training, just to play around and see what it's like. I wouldn't sink into the whole plan yet though because it's 6 days a week! I'm running a half on Sunday and this week I still did the Fire 45 and the Fire 30 class. Enjoy!

haha love it.

Gallowmere198 - fair advice. They have a Smith machine, but people seem to get really upset about those.

I've looked at new rules, and I while I did like what I saw, I was turned off because the first stage was soooo long. That's totally a dumb reason though, and I think I was just making excuses for myself. haha.

"fat pills" That totally pulls up a gross image. I like it. haha

Finding something you enjoy doing is so important. It absolutely gets easier, but then you just have to find new challenges!
