Hey im in the same boat as ya. I just started working out again two weeks ago. After I had my son 4 years ago i lost 35 pounds by walking, eating right, and doing various jillian michaels dvds. Even though i dislike her, i swear by her videos. add me if youd like a fellow momma trying to lose some weight.

Well I've made it to 128 lbs from 160 and I still have love handles. When I was younger I was 115 pounds and I still had slight love handles. That's where I carry my weight for some reason.

Age-21 Children- 1 (8 month old) Height- 5'4 My exercise is I walk an hour a day and im on a 1200-1350 calories diet. Starting weight- 156 (weight about 5 months after having baby. Seemed to stay at that weight for weeks) Cw- 136 Gw- 120-125 Feel free to add me :) and let me know if we have similar numbers or goals!

Id get a heavy bag and try kick boxing. It helps with anger and you'll feel good afterwards

I personally use Zumba Fitness 2. I love it because it shows how many calories I burn with each dance. I think theirs a new one that works specifically with Abs also.
