Failed to stick to it

I was doing so well especially using my fitness pal and then i got off track. I lost 28lbs and then i guess i thought i was doing so well that i did not have to do it no more. I have no support to keep me motivated and to be honest, I got bored. I get tired of eating alone, eating the same foods, and editing my info here daily when no one but me can see my progress. If you are feeling bored, Catch it while you can and do something about it.

    Wow! Well done you, loosing 28lbs is fab! (: I have the same problem. I always get bored or give in. Literally no motivation which is why I joined MFP. Hopefully it'll help me stick to it. *fingers crossed*

    I added you. i lost thirty pounds two years ago and gained it all back. so ineed some motivation as well. Also try jillian michaels kickboxing video. its my new favorite.
