nothing worthwhile is easy. bound to be slip ups and setbacks, but if you just stick with it, you'll be there before you even realize.

never read any of the books, but immensely enjoyed the paul blackthorne tv show on scifi a few years back.

i think it's pretty common. i go 2-3 weeks with no movement and then drop 5lbs all at once.
