I really like it too! I have started it before but never made to level 2 because of a crazy schedule or because I was so sore I was hating Jillian. Lol but I have loved seeing all the amazing results from people who have finished so I'm going to stick to it this time!

Yes! I walked/jogged for an hour and then did day 1 today.... Thought I was gonna die! Hahaha definitely doing the video first from now on!

Exercise tip: Get out and move! Every little bit helps. Each day becomes easier if you stick with it. When it feels to easy, push harder. :) Food tip: Fish! I got a BEAUTIFUL ring with my birthstone (sapphire) on it for my high school graduation-- that was five years ago. I have not been able to wear it for the past two years... Been wearing it for the past week... AND it's a little loose! :D
