It's not that it's bad, personally I got burned out on it but that's my own thing. What you see a lot is women having focused on cardio, reached goal weight or close to goal but still have that belly pooch or saddle bags and they are at a loss as to why. That was me a year ago at 115lb my waist was 27" and still flabby.…

I try to make it clear in my profile that I eat A LOT of fat so if seeing a grown woman scarf down a pound a butter a day (ok maybe .5lb) is going to put them in a tizzy then they can move right along.

I'm around your age, 43 and started keto 12/11/13. It's important to stay consistently under 20G for most people the first 4-6wks. Your body has to become adapted. My body is now getting locked in and I'm feeling the benefits in increased energy, clarity, etc. I'm also doing Stronglifts and this past week I finally had…

43 5'3 ish (More like 5.2 7/8) 131.4lbs weight this morning Bust 38.5 Waist 27.5 Hips 38.5 Goal Probably 120lb I tend to lose from my waist first, thankfully my boobs and butt lose at the same pace so my shape stays the same. Goal measurements range Bust 36-37 Waist 25-26 Hips 36-37

You're deficit may be to large considering you are already on the lighter end for your height. Maybe bump it to a 250 deficit and see it that works better for you. Of course it may have been water loss as tends to happen when you first start a new routine.

Upper burn for me with T25 is 200 cal, I'm 131lbs and 5'3 if that helps. The smaller, fitter you are the lower your burn is going to be, it's unavoidable.

Merrell barefoots since I already had them

From my understanding CKD should only be incorporated once you are Keto adapted. That usually means 4 to 6 weeks of Keto for most people. Check out Ketogains on Reddit, there is a lot of helpful information on CKD.

It can vary on activity for the day, generally NET falls between 1300-1600, I also use the TDEE minus deficit method and use the set own goals option on my food diary.

That's seems completely unnecessary. Also 1300net?? I'm a 43yr old 5'3 woman and that's my net on days I do nothing but lay around and watch TV. It is much too low for any male, please set a more realistic and healthy calorie goal for yourself. Your body will thank you for it and in the long term it will make this journey…

I do co-washing only so it's not been an issue. My hair is has gone from past my shoulders to mid back since last spring, it's overall much healthier since giving up shampoo.

Olympic barbell, it's all I had to start Stronglifts and it has made the biggest impact on my body. More than all the workout videos p90x, Insanity etc, more than hours spent jogging. I only regret it took me a year to get into lifting. I then bought some weights of CL for cheap. All together for my rack, weights and…

Brazilian Booty was not my cup of tea. I didn't see much results, possibly because I was already in good shape from Insanity and p90X. It felt like a step back, plus the repetitive nature and annoying talking and music made me dread it daily. Ended up giving it away to a co-worker. My knee was injured about 10yrs ago and…

Every day in the morning after bathroom but before shower and eating. However I only officially log my weight every 2 weeks. I just like to see how different things affect my weight.

Heavy cream with a splash of real vanilla extract, simply makes the best tasting coffee.

That would be 34 cal burned per minute. Per my HRM my burn is 10cal per minute on a flat out run. 613 cal Sounds absurdly high for 18 minutes.
-
I'm glad you feel that way. You are a lovely girl, hourglass, pinecone, or kumquat <----not a real shape I'm sure lol
-
It may vary, but I started stronglifts 1 month ago and I've already lost close to 2" off my waist. It was probably around my 6th workout that I measured and saw my first inch lost. eta: I'm 5'3 and was 135 at starting, I'm 131.6 now, Waist starting was 29.5, waist as of this morning, just a bit over 27.5

You seem to be hung up on pigeonholing your body into a specific shape. Statistically hourglass make up less than 10% of the female population, you body doesn't happen to be one of them, so what. Be happy with who you are and stop worrying about what label you can attach to your body. ETA: however if you are bent on…

Depends on how much you weigh, if you are short and heavy then yes you can lose on 2000 cal.

I'm 43 as of Nov, feel free to add. Word of warning though, I eat Keto so don't be horrified at the mass quantities of fat I consume. lol I also loathe cardio and enjoy picking heavy stuff up and putting down.

I had some blood panels done and my doc said my RBC was amazing, he called me Ms Hemoglobin lol You are so right about how good it makes your skin look, I'm 43 and I've never had much wrinkling but did have a lot of patchy dryness. Overall it just looks dewier and feels petal soft. Can't stop looking in the mirror, it's…

Uugh yes! Seriously I was convinced that I would drop dead of a heart attack and or stroke after the first few days  Between the fat and sodium it was terrifying. Now after a month I'm feeling fantastic and have no guilt when I drink my morning bulletproof coffee.

Still unsure, I'm focusing more on body composition at this point than weight. Currently 5"3 ok so technically 5"2.5 Weight: 131.6 Bust 38.5 Waist 27.5 Hips 38.5 Size: Usually fit a 4 Goal Weight: 120-125 Probably Judging from how I tend to lose weight evenly and retain the basic shape that would put my measurements at…

Coffee with heavy cream, bacon and sausage and some eggs fried in butter. Mmm fat, it makes me happy
-
The traditional hourglass was one with a 10" inch differential between bust/hips and waist. So no a 6" would not be an hourglass. The ratio of .7 is deemed as the sweet spot for an hourglass shape. ETA: However if it makes you happy to consider yourself an hourglass no one is going to go around with a measuring tape and…

you were supposed to guess for book_kitty not me lol

My favorite are nuts, avocados and adding heavy cream to my coffee.
