hot well done

wow. The only race related comments that have come from anyone in this entire 12 pages are from the people that keep insisting it is a racist thread. it has nothing to do with race. there are a bunch of people making fun of a particular choice of words used, or spelled, or whatever. mob mentality? probably a little. Mob…
-
agreed. only one person has made this thread about race. she should be ashamed
-
but then you need to weigh the core and subtract from the original weight
-
so far you are the only one that has drawn a correlation to the avatar and how everyone is making fun of the way he has chosen to communicate. So, is it the thread, or you?

have to disagree. once herniated, always herniated. They don't magically fix themselves. edit: i guess it depends on what is considered "healed"
-
you might want to get a second opinion regarding your back. herniated disks don't heal. The main pain caused by a herniated disk is the herniated portion typically causes pressure on the nerves. Building strength helps, but it doesn't make that herniation go away. As long as that herniation is there, you will have…

this. why make all the extra work for yourself? Just peel it then weigh it. No need for using math

Hi, Probably a better topic for the nutrition area, but I'll answer. It is common for people to go over the mark for protein. There isn't any harm in going over that mark in MFP unless it is in the extreme. So, if MFP says 40, for example, and you are going to 50 or 60, you are fine. If you are going to 400, you could have…

I sympathize with the lack of choices. I'm from Southern California, and living in the Pacific Northwest can have its challenges when it comes to finding good Mexican. I look for the rolling coaches, that is where you can almost be assured of something good. I still say just get close, but I guess if you are walking a fine…

I think they are awesome, but not as awesome as chicks that surf :D
-
Just get close, we aren't sending people to Mars here. Looking forward, you'd probably be better off just avoiding Taco Bell all together

I guess I'm lucky. The ads on TV make it out to be wonderful, so I tried a jar. One taste and I thought it was crap. Hazelnut with a "hint" of cocoa? More like Cocoa with a hint of hazelnut hated it and so did my wife. all natural PB for me
-
POW! is right. well done hot stuff!!
-
hmm, tried to fix for you, but something seems awry
-
hottie alert  well done

keep eating your fruit. Don't worry about going over on that number, as long as you know it is due to fruit. I've gone over on that number pretty much every single day since I started changing my diet back in Sept. This topic comes up pretty regularly, and everyone always says the same thing... eat your fruit.
-
wow, really awesome work. good job
-
screw it, I just eat peanut butter. i found when I switched to the all natural (i.e. no sugar added) I use less of it on whatever I'm making. Probably half as much. All natural PB took a while to get used to, I had my entire life of deprogramming to deal with. But now I think it is the most wonderful thing. Such an intense…

+1 Protien powder will help bump your cals and protien in one quick shot. I mix mine straight with water, and blend with frozen mixed berries. No need to get fancy u less you want to. Just be careful, if you add too much stuff, you'll get too many cals one one shot
-
If you feel good and are able to honestly say you have met or exceeded your goals, the. It sounds to me you should transition to maintenance. Gotta keep using the scale to make sure you stay the course right? And good job, well done!!
-
it also brings a topic back up to the top ... or "bumps" it up to the top. People will do this to get more exposure
-
lol - come on now, thats a compliment in itself  you look great, even if the best bits have been redacted
-
sorry, my image is redacted. I'll need the original to provide any meaningful input
-
nice job, well done
-
well done, looking good
