I started making my own mint yogurt sauce out of fresh mint leaves, low fat plain yogurt, black pepper, onions and some lime juice. Combine then blitz (I blend them in my smoothie maker, super easy!). Goes really well with lamb too!

Hello I've got 97lbs to lose too! And one thing I've noticed on my weight loss journey is water weight! So if you've been eating correctly, exercising and sticking to your goals then I'm sure you'll see a greater loss in a couple of days :) Keep it up! And friend request sent!

Looks good! You could substitute all or some of the butter with unsweetened applesauce, use wholewheat SR flour and reduce the sugar maybe if you're fussed about calories :)

Lol yeah I try to have a few treats everyday within my goals, but I have been having a few too many cheat days this week! >:) Highest was 2482cals the other day meh

HAHA your friends a little cray cray. I could understand if you were eating under 1200 cals... but come on! Some people are just really stubborn with their own opinions but don't take it to heart.. I'm sure she meant well but just isn't all that educated on the subject. Show her who's boss after you get to your goal weight…
