^^ They're really good! Add some fruit into the jello mixture before refrigerating for a filling guilt free snack :)

Haha sounds too good to be true!
-
^ True! You could also just weigh a tablespoon (15ml) of the milk to see how many grams it comes to. That way you'll know how many grams 1 ml equals.

Happy Birthday!!! And I think you're right! I had a frozen meal today after a few months and I just feel emotionally hungry and sluggish and super moody for no reason :S I did include quiet a lot of steamed veggies with the meal, but it definitely impacts your mood!!

It's really just your personal preference. I can't stand breakfast either and I have tried to force myself to eat breakfast but it was just impossible! From how I see it, skipping breakfast reduces your eating window and you have more calories to splurge on lunch, dinner and snacks! So it's a win-win :D And Up&Go's are…

I did try avoiding them all together but it never helped when I went grocery shopping so I've resorted to moderation. I used to have a secret stash of sweets in my room but I've now moved them downstairs to the kitchen. I keep healthier snacks in my room now like nuts, dried fruit and beef jerky. Usually when I'd get…

Few foods that really keep me satisfied is of course protein and my favorite breakfast meal oatmeal/porridge! I make it with a cup of unsweetened almond milk (42 calories), 35g of quick oats (133 calories), 150g of frozen strawberries (53 calories) and topped with a few dollops of delicious yogurt and a sprinkle of ground…

You are definitely not alone!! I binge when I'm feeling stressed out too and it sucks! But I don't have that much junk around the house anymore so when I do binge nowadays on healthyish foods I get some nutritional benefit out of it lol. But yeah if you feel crazy guilty then try squeezing in an extra workout! Or you could…

:O You guys have a "weight" box on your drivers license?
-
It took me 4 weeks to lose 5kg and I was eating between 1400 - 1680 calories and I only exercised for 30 mins once a week (treadmill). Lol most of it's probably water weight or muscle mass but yeah! Not too bad I guess :) Good luck!
-
I've been on 1200 calories before and although it might feel fine, personally I feel it doesn't give you an enough range of foods to experiment with. The weird thing is I'm losing just as much weight on 1680 calories as I was on 1200 calories, roughly 2-3lbs a week (when I'm good of course :P). So my only advice to you…

247 calories for a soup is good! Don't stress!! Try reading the ingredients at the back of that soup can, you'll be glad you made your own, but rest assured homemade soup is more filling and nutritious than some old stinky can from a supermarket shelf :)

Congratulations! :D
