Hi all im kate ive had awful few months recently been diagnosed wit meningioma a tumour in brain docs have told me that surgery for removal folowed by radiotherapy is way forward. Im schedule d for op in jan si for recovery purposes im trying to shift a few pounds n get all vitamins ill need for post op ill keep u posted…

I had a 2 lb gain this week but im not surprised was away with 2 couples over weekend so healthy eating went out the window however back on track for this week xx kate
