I was just concerned that I would be overeating if I decided to get a snack before bed. Even on that, I'm not sure if eating before bed is a good idea but I'm just thinking of a banana or a few carrots.

My bad knees come from actually chipping both kneecaps when i was younger; i have severe crepitus (sp) in both, so bad that another person can hear it well.
