A male colleague I exercise with plateaued at 94 kgs. No matter how hard he trained the needle would not budge. He religiously MFP'd never over caloried. He went to a dietitian who suggested he up his intake of carbohydrates. Boom the last 10 kilos dropped like an elephant.

Just think had you not commenced your program 3 months ago, you could be 23 lbs heavier. Maybe your low daily cal intake is having an adverse effect on your weight loss at this current stage. If affordable visit a dietician I am sure they would be able to point you in the right direction.

I love rolled oats (oat meal) with frozen berries and natural yogurt. The trick is allow the oats to cool down I don't cook them just add boiled water but not too much. Then add the frozen berries and yogurt it is like having desert for breakfast but much healthier. Low GI and high anti-oxidant for a very small price.

It is hard to determine how many calories we burn after resistance training. But really who cares the good thing is it just keeps burning for hours later. Whereas most cardio workouts purely burn calories while being performed. Add me if you wish.

Hi, Sounds like you are eating foods that cause you too become hungrier, this is not accidental but a smart trick by the big food industries.
