It's great that you're on mfp. We started by drinking 1or 2 meal replacement drinks a day. Then looked up Belly Fat Burning Foods. Started incorporating these foods into our daily diet and started walking about an hour a day. Sometimes every other day. We started seeing results within a week.

Gave up the idea I was supposed to eat three meals a day with a desert or something sweet in the evening. I also had a milk addiction. Now it's one meal at lunch (low cal),two smaller meals, couple of healthy snacks. And milk is basiclly out of my diet now. Water drinker.

You have the desire to do whats best for yourself, now just stay focused and know that if you go over your goals for the day you will have to exercise it off. Also ok to eat small portion brtween meals , just make sure its heathy. Do'nt keep ANY thing in the house that's not.
