tea! seriously, it is so filling and the possibilities are endless as to the Flavor you pick. Decaf will still let you get to sleep too :) My favorites : Yogi Tahitian Vanilla Hazelnut Celestial Seasonings Thai Coconut Decaf Chai 0 calories with a packet of splenda, and warm vanilla yumminess to help lull you to sleep!

I am a big fan of luna bars, they almost taste like rice krispy treats with icing, but I feel better about eating them than I would a candy bar. Dulce de Leche and the Iced Cinnamon Raison are my FAVE

I allowed myself to only have soda on weekends. During the week I had other drinks, and over time you will begin to not even want the soda on the weekend. I was a HUGE coke fanatic.

The only bad foods are stale or moldy! Everything else is okay, it can fit into your calorie allotments :)

Flavored Tea! Whenever you are craving something, just make a giant mug of chai tea with Splenda and you will feel so full :) Also Pink Lady or Ambrosia Apples are amazing and SO filling. But my number one vice is GUM and A&W DIET ROOT BEER.

i am most definitely a gum addict. i agree with another person here..5 Rain gum is the only kind I chew! I might over do it, I chew about a pack a day. I change pieces every half hour in the afternoon to keep myself from snacks.

I've never logged my gum, and I chew a pack a day! I'm still losing weight while nursing my gum habit..hah..but if someone has some compelling evidence that the calories DO outnumber those which you burn, I'd like to know about it.

OMGG They are a staple of my "diet" foods!! I put Peanut Butter and Jelly, or Nutella on them, and put them in the Microwave for 10 seconds. The rice cake stays crispy and firm but the PB melts..ahh it is glorious :)
