Do you ever read something fast and mistake it for something else? I thought you were talking about chocolate breakfast cereal (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cocoa_Puffs) and was really grossed out when I saw Hummus as one of the combinations. So I had to quick backtrack and read again.
  • I was thinking coco puffs too!! But these sound good, where do you get them?

Me, too! I'm still not sure what we're talking about, but I'm relieved we're not "cookoo" for cocoa puffs with hummus! Whew!

I wish I could post a picture! Check out the website I've listed, they are basically a larger, flatter rice cake!

  • I just went to their web site and they look really awesome!!! Tried to find out where they are and the link says coming soon. They have an on line store but, I didn't want to go the registration process right now!!! Great idea for snacks and meal replacements for sandwiches, eggs, etc!!! I can hardly wait to get some for myself!!!:

Mmmmmmm - just had one with nutella. They are SO yummy! Love them with Wegmans natural peanut butter and organic strawberry jam. I don't think our Wegmans has been selling them long, maybe just a couple of weeks.

I have mine with natural peanut butter, as well! I can't wait to make some cool recipes with them!

At our Wegman's, during certain times of the day, they make them fresh & right by the deli section. Our kids love to watch them "pop!" out, So neat!

We have the machine too, but I didn't see them pop out of it until the other day. It made me laugh. I didn't know about the website - it does have some great suggestions!

I love Wegmans! They make these right in the store. I buy at least two bags at a time.

The possibilities are completely endless! Mm, like layering the top with a sliced banana and sprinkling cinnamon on top.

Definitely a staple in my kitchen!
  • OMGG They are a staple of my "diet" foods!!
I put Peanut Butter and Jelly, or Nutella on them, and put them in the Microwave for 10 seconds.
The rice cake stays crispy and firm but the PB melts..ahh it is glorious :)

Coco pops in Australia is the breakfast cereal. Just like a chocolate milkshake but only crunchy.
  • I purchased these at my local dutch market.
