I stop eating when i'm out of calories or no longer hungry. Sometimes I do have calories left but if it's too close to going to bed or I feel it's too late to eat then I make myself wait till the morning. LOL yes i'm going to quote I believe "The Doctors or Dr. Oz" that said don't eat 90 minutes before you go to bed.

I find that when I eat healthy and at home more, that the moment I eat out or eat something out of the ordinary that it's way too salty for me. It could have been that restaurant or that it was Mexican food but seriously everytime when I eat out I find myself sooooo thirsty that evening and having to down water.

I have a massive sweet tooth too! I haven't had a "cheat day" yet, but I have had "cheat evenings". What I do is log Breakfast, Lunch, and Snack just to keep me from binging throughout the day and then in the evening I get my cheat meal and one to two cheat snacks. Like previous posters have said your weight will average out. Some weeks I lose 5 pounds and some weeks I lose barely a pound. Just stay with it and eventually your body will catch up and you will start losing. Also, when it comes to measuring stuff make sure you do that, sometimes when we estimate we tend to estimate too…
