My cals are set at 1750 and macros left alone. I have a pretty active lifestyle, and tend to eat back most of exercise calories. MFP cals are generally set too low for people who are active in any way I found.

I've been at a plateau for about 7 months now! I work out 5x a week. I switch up my routines pretty often, and switch my diet around often. I've even had a trainer. But I'm at my last 10-15lbs, so I know its not going to be easy and its going to take a while...just gotta keep going and never give up!

Yes i have the same exact problem. I work weekends and it seems I am more tired so I have this never ending need to eat because my body needs energy. Just try and stay distracted and chew gum. Lots of gum Good luck!

abs are made 80% in the kitchen and 20% in the gym, so excessive work outs aren't really necessary. But I did like JM 6wk 6pack as well :)
