I just found something amazing at target. Its called "Better'n Peanut Butter" its GMO free all natural no preservatives and best of all only 100 calories per serving!! ( Two tablespoons) It doesnt taste exactly like regular peanut butter, but it is just as delicious and satisfying!!xD
This is nearly the only thing I struggle with. I work out super hard and everything else I eat is really healthy but I haven't progressed as much as I would like and I think it's due to my sugar intake :( What is something that has helped you quit eating sweets or helped you cut back... also what helps with the cravings?
Hi! Im a mommy of two beautiful girls,25 years old, I work full time, and workout 6x a week. I try to eat healthy but my current enemy is the damn halloween candy :( also I am constantly hungry.
